Downtown Toronto 1-bedroom condo at Maple Leaf Square, right next to Union Station and Scotiabank Arena (1-minute walk), with the CN Tower about 5 minutes away.

The unit is on a high floor with a balcony overlooking the city and waterfront. It sleeps up to 4: a king bed in the bedroom plus a queen sofa bed in the living room.

The building connects to the underground PATH, so you can reach most of downtown without going outside. Longo’s supermarket, the LCBO, Real Sports Bar and restaurants are right by the lobby. The Metro Toronto Convention Centre and Rogers Centre are a short walk away, and the UP Express from Pearson Airport arrives at Union Station.

Paid parking is available in the building for about $20–$30 per day.

House rules: up to 4 guests, no pets (service animals only), no smoking or vaping, no parties or events, quiet hours 11 PM – 7 AM.
